The Challenge

This project presented unique challenges due to its combination of diverse elements, including two exterior entrance pairs, one interior entrance pair, exterior windows, interior borrowed lites, and four skylights. Coordinating these varied components while ensuring seamless transitions between interior and exterior elements demanded meticulous planning and close collaboration among all stakeholders.

Our Solution

To overcome these challenges, we adopted a methodical and detail-oriented approach. The use of Solera for the upper exterior lites was meticulously planned, leveraging its unique properties to maximize both natural light and energy efficiency. We employed precise measurements and advanced techniques to integrate skylights, entrance pairs, and borrowed lites harmoniously into the design.

Results Accomplished

The completed project successfully delivered a striking blend of functionality and design. The exterior and interior entrance pairs provided seamless access points with enhanced durability and aesthetics. The Solera lites added a distinctive feature, creating a visually appealing and energy-efficient solution for the upper exterior windows.
