The Challenge

This project included the installation of three large exterior storefront frames and one smaller unit, each requiring careful handling due to their size and weight. The scale of the glass and framing created logistical challenges, including the need for additional manpower and precise coordination. In addition, the project scope included both interior and exterior borrowed lites installed within hollow metal frames, requiring accuracy and attention to detail to ensure a clean, finished look.

Our Solution

Heartland Glass planned the installation with safety and efficiency in mind, coordinating additional experienced glaziers on site to properly manage the large storefront frames and oversized glass. Our team worked closely together to sequence the work effectively, minimizing disruption while maintaining quality standards. We also installed interior and exterior borrowed lites in hollow metal frames, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and long-term performance.

Results Accomplished

With the right crew and coordination in place, the project was completed smoothly and on schedule. The exterior storefront frames provide a strong visual presence and durability, while the borrowed lites enhance light flow and functionality throughout the space. The final result reflects high-quality craftsmanship and a polished appearance that supports the building’s overall design.
